- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods
- Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Priority Shipping. The available options will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the total shipping cost before finalizing your order.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery Times: The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Typical delivery windows are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship to international locations at this time.
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Shipping Delays
- Carrier Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other events outside our control. ZYDA SOPIC is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
- Customs Delays: In the event of any international orders in the future, please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays. Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Damages
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
- Claims: We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is visibly damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier to inquire about the delivery. If the package is not found, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations
- Order Changes: Once your order has been placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
- Refunds: If your order is canceled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the order is already shipped, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the item for a refund.
